The things that I really, really like thread...

It's structure and punctuation basically. Grammar is a separate thing.

Pam & Dave play by their own maverick rules and disavow both.

Ignore. Like I would disavow Pam & Dave's wacky parties, with their nonsense invitations.

There's no excuse for poor use of the English language. I'm only going round my Dad's on Saturday but I won't turn up in my boxers and an old t-shirt.

Ar - but it should be RSVP - only regrets

Repondez s'il vous plait if you can't make it.

RSVP only regrets

= Robin Super Van Persie only regrets his lack of goals in the world cup final

My grammar, punctuation, syntax is shit, absolutely shit. You should start pulling me up about it at every convenience.

I wouldn't bother on a forum. However - if you're going to bother sending out invites then don't send them out in block capitals, a fucking shit font, needless exclamation marks peppered about the place, even more needless quotation marks (showing similar understanding of when they should be used as Joey from Friends) and a terrible colour scheme. I mean what kind of party is this, looks amateur to me. Come on Pam & Dave. (Don't use ampersands either)

I mean I wouldn't bother picking apart forum posts in general. That was an invite for non-forum consumption. Rest assured if you ever put up an example of Sue & Mike's invites that are of similar standard I'll critique them.

I'm confused by all these blank posts & whatnot...

anyway, this week I have become aware of Joanna Goslings, erm, attributes.
