The Second Club Thread

A 2-0 defeat at Gladbach for St Pauli today.

Absolutely huge home game vs Kiel up next on Friday. Currently three points (plus GD) above them, 16th plays 17th.

Ooof, guess the joke didn’t land at all!

Bananagrams humor is niche I suppose

Wolves fucked up today, but GAK managed to be even more inept...

A good 2-1 home win against Sydney for the Mariners making up for the recent disappointments in the ATC Champions League.

HSV haven't appointed a new manager yet, they drew 2-2 with Darmstadt today. Good to see 2.Bundesliga is being totally normal as ever.

Six points between top and being in the bottom half.

Unsurprisingly it was an unsuccessful outing for St Pauli at Leverkusen yesterday. 2-1 but our goal only came very late on after going 2-0 down inside 22 minutes, never really in it.

Bochum, Kiel and Heidenheim all also lost so no damage done. Hopefully Hoffenheim also lose later to Freiburg.

A superb 1-0 win away at Stuttgart for St Pauli. Effectively 7 clear of Kiel in 17th now.

Just as things were settling down for Raith Rovers, they are on the hunt for their third manager of the season. Following the dismissal of Ian Murray on August 4th after an awful start to the season, former Wolves man Neill Collins took the role from caretaker managers Colin Cameron and John Potter on 3rd September.

Last week Sacramento Republic ( @Alan ?) declared their intention to pay up Neill's release clause to take him as their new manager and he left last night following another win on Friday night.

Colin Cameron and Potter will once again be the caretaker managers while the search goes on for the new boss
