That’s not allowed is it? Though I can think of one club we’ve regularly played who try to sneak overage players into the team.

It is and it isn't, oddly it's more biased on players playing down than up.

I've seen plenty of it in different age groups from certain teams.

I dont see any merit in discussing it with you as by using a singular response you obviously dont wish to enter a discussion and have already confirmed your position on the subject, oh and I've said it twice, not as if you're not prone to repeat things on here is it.

Ive had a quick summary read of what O'Driscoll was saying, he's talking about HIA in the professional game, not the headcase initiative which is more aligned to what he was stating. I would be inclined to agree with him that commercial pressure is the basis for making decisions above player welfare.

I also agree with moving the defensive line back 10 (or even 5) it would open up the game, it's been a pet hate of mine for a long time. I would very much doubt that would happen though.

In union? My kids have played for Stafford since age 5 and have never heard of it - a few times we’ve had to have a word with the other coach when our kids have said the other team have an overage player.

Peter Robinson (who's son died on the pitch) has a lot of information on this. As does Willie Stuart. They're both Scottish and have a different view on Headway. I suspect Wales with their research out of Swansea with mouthguards will come to the same conclusion.

Shame for Fiji but SA had too much to their game, Davids kicking is an excellent weapon in 7's. Think it would have been closer if NZ had got through.

Fact you could see some of his teammates in the background shouting at him to kick it think says it all.

Nothing wrong with the decision if the rest of the referees follow his example in future similar cases as its inaccordance with the rules, but we all know that's not going to happen

Wasps look fairly certain to be going into administration, under league rules if they do then they get automatically relegated. So some are saying could be the end for them in a Rangers sort of way.

As they are Coventry's landlords at the Ricoh dont know how it leaves them, suppose we can look forward to more shenanigans involving SISU, the council and the club over the stadium.
