And another try.
Will you be wanting something stronger than a Korma this time? Can anyone recommend a curry house?
Way to go! You've brought attention in a specific way to what I've been saying since VAR came into being. I hope the football authorities can swallow their pride enough to learn from Rugby on this particular count. I guess being in our early and late seventies respectively enables us to see things clearly that others can only confound.Watching Wales v Ireland game - proper use of a VAR system
Throw in near the Wales line - ball goes back with a possible knock on from an Irish player - ball loose in the end zone but no clear grounding by an Irish player.
Ref & Assistant have a quick discussion then refer it to the video ref though clearly the onfield Ref is still in charge. All are miked up & pics shown online (whether it is within the Stadium am not sure, but there's no one in yet so that doesn't matter). Onfield ref asks the questions and gets conf - no knock on & no clear grounding of the ball so no try.
Correct decisions & whilst it probably took a couple of minutes didn't feel that long as you were aware what was going on.
Prem League just take note
The one we went to on my stag (when you were suffering with that virus) was called Kismot.Just bagged a ticket for Lions v Japan in Edinburgh next summer.
