If you stop the game for every possible infraction (there's 30players and a hundred silly rules) then you'd never finish a game. Ref calls for major decisions only and the video ref has to have clear reason to overrule his decision.

Any discipline/incidents missed will be reported and dealt with outside the game. This system is fucking silly
