The Road to World Cup 2026 and UEFA Nations League

Sounds very similar to the debacle in Braga
Wasn't there for that but did do the game at Naples last year which was probably one level above this. The Greek police are very heavy-handed though. I'm standing outside the ground but they're keeping us all in, one of them even appears to have brought grenades. 😂

Great win. Started pretty well, had far more of a coherent gameplan than at home. Wingers had the beating of the full-backs every time to begin which brought the goal. Surrendered the initative after about twenty five minutes and felt like England were on the ropes for a while. Pickford made a couple of good saves. Quality told in the end, subs stretched the Greeks and a really nice finish. Jones and Gallagher really good in midfield. Given the withdrawals we actually looked a lot more balanced. Negatives... Ref was bad, loved a card. And the police are pretty rough down here, shambles getting in. The ground doesn't have toilets inside!

Corrected the fuckup at home so top, top result.

That’s as much on UEFA for allowing one of their fixtures to played in a ground with no basic facilities for one set of fans.

The comparison from being in Portugal as a travelling fan from England to going to Germany in the summer is night and day.
It’s simple treat people like people and they’ll act like people.
