The Official Euro 2016 Megathread

No stand out side at all

Think age might catch up with Italy towards the later stages, though there are a few days between each round

Croatia have a chance (& not only cos I got them in the sweepstake) but only if they maintain concentration, keep emotion in check (both on & off the field) & Modric stays fit (which he possibly isn't for the Spain game)
 
I suspect Croatia are going to finish 3rd in their group so I'd be wary of backing them with actual cash.

Not a bad shout but I fear the further they go the worse they will play. A team who starts swly and peaks at the right time may beabetter outsider. England would be that or Wales if I want to be loyal! Span. And Germany are the teams I can't see past but as Albania proved anything can happen

No only that they have never beaten them doh! England have won all three meetings with Slovakia. Ireland have won 2 out of 14 against Italy but as you sassasy it has not bearing on this round of matches.

Its a fucking good indicatyindicatyor as to the size of task though
 
Slovakia are no mugs, and I hope that England are not taking it for granted that we will beat them.
 
Yeah re Dier. I said rested. It's a lot of games in a short period for a young player. Think he is a great player and can become an England great. But don't want to see him knackered before the business end of the competition.

well i did back them with 75 sek at 20 times the money, and also Portugal with 75 SEK at also 20 times..then i have 100 SEK on both Spain and France to make a small profit if one of them wins instead
