The NFL Thread

I can’t think of a single reason why they would have been! 😂

Oh Bryce can’t you be good for two consecutive weeks for God’s sake man

Whoever finishes 5th in both Conferences is going to have a comfortable away play off win. Bills and Seattle possibly

I hope you lot appreciate Charlotte cosplaying as a city in England today 😶‍🌫️

I'm enjoying the Browns currently frustrating Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers.

Still no sack for Myles Garrett though 😔

The Bucs season collapse has been something special.

Good day for the TV ratings though next weekend with two direct showdowns for division titles.

Steelers can still lose that 4th place to the Ravens. Bills would lose that this time. Their run D will not be able to stop Henry.

I THINK that if the Bills lose this, the Texans move up to 5th. But I havent been watching today so someone might have explained otherwise.

And although we won easily in Baltimore early this season, like Dire I wouldn't fancy facing Henry again.

The Eagles completely shutting the Bills down on offense. Can't get James Cook going and even Allen's usual hero ball on the ground (when it's not working through the air) has been swamped.

Huge miss on that 2pt conversion by Allen, not the greatest of games but an exciting finish. The Bills offense not turning in up in a first half again finally proves costly.

I only saw the final quarter. All Bills, and I dont understand why they went for 2. Neither do the Fox studio pundits. You have all the momentum, so kick the extra point and finish it in OT.

Obviously had a play they liked, and it should have been converted as Shakir was wide open, just a bad pass by Allen.

Always looks a bad decision in hindsight when it doesn't come off, and it's not like it's ended their season even if it means they can no longer win the division.

Personally I think you should always go for 2 there, however with the Eagles offense disappearing in the 2nd half...again, in all likelihood the Bills would have won in overtime. We'll never know, but if McDermott really thought they still had a chance of the division then I think he'd have been more conservative.

I dont like throwing it on a 2pt try. Too many things can go wrong - even more so in those conditions.

Brock Purdy the first QB ever to throw a TD pass, run a TD, and throw a six-pick all in the first quarter of a game.
Also the 1st game this season where both teams score 2 TDs in the first quarter.
And the fun continues
