Patriots in the Super Bowl stinks, even for someone like me who didn't get into the game until they were pretty much done.

Can’t believe the bastards have only had to wait just less than a decade for this. That’s how you know they’re impeccably run, I suppose.

I’m afraid, Denny, that Stroud was truly awful tonight. Even a lot of the completions could/should have been more accurate. It’s been rough to watch for multiple reasons. Not least of which is the disservice it’s doing to that defense.

Payton is an arrogant bully so that's a no to the Broncos
Kraft too MAGA plus I've disliked them generally for too long
My NFC team doesn't have a particularly strong rivalry with any of the others left in so hopefully one of them, preferably not the Rams as they are all a bit plastic.

Fuck sake, I’m going have to deal with so much of my local media slurping on Drake Maye. I should be ecstatic about a Charlottean in the AFC Championship game, but Myers Park is the most bourgeois neighborhood you can imagine.

It’s pretty fucking rude of the Football Gods to do this to me tbqfh

I'm torn here. Best D in the league has been let down by the O all season long.
So either we need 1-2 class WRs, TEs, and a more complete running game, OR just accept that the rookie WR and RB will be better for the experience, and hope for fewer injuries next year. (We have been without our #1 RB and #2 WR all season).

Not that I despise the Patriots, but if they were playing the Cowboys in the Superbowl and extinction level event wasn't a possibility, I would almost want Dallas to win.

Almost.

Yeah man I don't know if I'd have any idea where to start. My heart says CJ has one more season of credit, but man, he played such a huge part in that loss.

I suppose if I were a GM, I'd always go for the best OL on the board. But I'm also always trying to be the smartest guy in the room.

Fun fact apropos to earlier: Russell Wilson is still the player with highest cap hit for Denver.

Early pick for the Rams after that Williams overthrow.

Should have been called for roughing the passer too.

To be fair to the Patriots - they were both the only team to score 4 touchdowns against us and the only team to win by more than one score.
