What's that play off game cost him, $10m per year?

Their Oline is awful, it's an outdoor stadium in the cold and they've traded away their best WR. Good on him to go from a bust to earning that sort of money, difficult to see what their plan is though

I like Milton Williams, $26m per year though. Wow. Jalen Carter is going to get 35 in 12 months

Texans trade Laremy Tunsil to the Commanders. Not quite as bad as when we traded away DeAndre Hopkins a few years ago, but still seems nonsensical. Our O-line is awful, so trading away its one good player is plain daft. There are no obvious replacements out there.

Lots of panic going around based on the business done in the last few days.

Trading Geno and then signing Darnold to that contract is… a choice.

Geno is competent, but nothing more. Darnold can be the QB the Seahawks need to win their division, but it remains to be seen what tools they will give him.

I hope Myles Garrett is happy with his huge bag of cash.
What are you on about, he's a SB playing and winning QB, you never see those traded!

in all seriousness you'd think that means they are staying at 2 and taking Sanders - which would be against all draft noise as he's falling down rapidly in all the mocks, or flipping places with the Titans for Ward. I can't believe they will pick up Picketts 5th Yr option, so surely not on his rookie deal and have him as Plan A?

Burrow has gone a bit Rodgersy this off season which I do understand, but for a team whose owner doesn't have deep pockets (contextually) you have to feel the Higgins money could have gone on a couple of less sexy but more worthwhile signings in the trenches.

Essentially Philly are paying 9 players star wages - one of which is a dud, but to do that you have to pay a lot of money up front to manipulate the cap and put dead money into years after the player has left - Cox and Kelce are still on the books cap wise for instance. Even then you have to make tough choices, 6 of the SB starting 22 have left in free agency or been traded, Goedert will make that 7 before the season starts if the chat is to be believed. They have also drafted exceptionally well the last couple of years which the Bengals haven't particularly

The Bungles are notorious for driving their best players insane. There are some good interviews with Carson Palmer and Andrew Whitworth about how their time in Cincy ended that IMO it will be a major surprise if Burrow doesn’t end up in exactly the same boat.

Jameis going to the Giants, will be first choice unless Rodgers picks them or they draft Sanders. Fun fact if Mahomes' next 91 passes were all interceptions he'd still have a lower career percentage, going down a tier Hurts would be the same with 34.
