Still on the up relative to two seasons ago. Doesn’t often come together so quickly.

Commanders beg to differ.

Strouds game seems to depend on confidence, and it has deserted him for much of this season. Whether it is WR injuries, the weight of expectation, or something else, I don't know. Against the Chargers he was ordinary until one broken play for a 30+ yard reception and then he was on fire. This week he started well but couldn't sustain it despite opportunities. The missed PAT seemed to affect the whole team.

All those injuries on the D have finally caught up with the Lions. Daniels and the Commanders have punished them for it and taken full advantage of those four turnovers.

Jahmyr Gibbs doesn't remotely deserve to be on the losing team, great individual performance from him.
