The Music Thread Strikes Back

The Chats are actually pretty good. They hail from Noosa, which, at three hours up the coast from me is virtually next door in Australian terms.
 
Been listening to The Lathums since I saw them mentioned several times on here. Covered a Squeeze song so now I like them more :D
 
Well that's quite the music rabbit hole I've been down the last two night-shifts!

The Lathums, Shambolics, Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard, Vistas, Gazelle, The Chase, The Reytons, The Pigeon Detectives, Pentire and
The Cheap Thrills.

They have all been on top of Stereophonics, Fratellis and Courteeners.

I've got quite the Spotify playlist to go through now!

Bagged Foo’s tickets for London next year 👌

Slowly ticking off a number of bucket list bands that I have been listening to all my life but, weirdly, never seen live (despite being a regular gig-goer).

Chili Peppers last year, Blink-182 this year, Foo’s next year.

The Lathums are playing Truck Festival this year so I’ll be watching them there, but I can’t say I’m a massive fan. Possibly need to listen to them a bit more.

@darlowolf64 you need to get some Everything Everything on that playlist!

Blink are brilliant, managed to go to the last tour (think it was last one any way). Wanted to go this time but by the time I looked at tickets there weren't many left and they are silly prices any way. Annoyingly I really like The Story So Far as well!

Was that with Skiba? I actually liked the albums they released without Tom, but nothing beats Tom, Mark & Travis IMO.

Don’t mind TSSF, but my guilty pleasure from that line of bands is Neck Deep, who have some absolute bangers 😂

Not sure I've ever heard Neck Deep! Will have a listen
 
Well they're up my street

Wouldn't have had the lead singer as Welsh. Wales love an emo band don't they

Clairvoyant is a tune. Can't remember many of their others but my wife listens to them a fair bit.

I really liked one single by Neck Deep a while back. It was before I had Spotify though so never got round to listening to their album. I'm not the biggest emo fan though to be fair (I can't stand Blink 182! :ROFLMAO: )
 
Blink-182, the band for men who wear cargo shorts 12 months of the year.
 
The only time cargo shorts are okay is during manual labor, something most Blink-182 fans have never done.

Yay, Im going to Hampden, seats rather than standing unfortunately but that's OK.
 
I did wear cargo shorts & a Sao Paulo top to a meal the other day. Only cuz its hot though. Chav outside, emo inside.
