Alan - The combined role is simply the old school in charge of everything type. Wenger probably being the last. I would say Fergie but he didn’t actually do much coaching as he left that to his assistants

I know that, mate, I’m just poking at you. 🙂

I’d guess that MLS clubs will always list them as separate positions since “manager” is not really in the sporting vernacular here. I do appreciate that that essentially makes them “Managers” in the titular sense.

Tbh I don’t know how you handle both jobs in the modern day but I’m hardly an expert.

Poland set to sack Fernando Santos (or Ross's dad from Friends TM DW), not ben in the role too long

Confirmed now.

If Gary O'Neil doesn't work out then don't even think about it, Fosun. I'd rather watch a Sam Allardyce team.

Hey we could finally end up with that dream midfield of William Carvahlo and Joao Mario with old Fernando in charge.

Width is for losers anyway

Colin leaving Hudds after their game on Wednesday.

Blatantly pitching up somewhere in February/March and giving it "this is my last job, Sharon wouldn't let me take another".

Nathan Jones in the running to replace Warnock

From what I can tell Colin has been very politely sacked. Given he kept them up and has won back to back games that seems a gamble

Don’t get many chances to employ a man who lost his last ten on the trot!

17 conceded in 7 games now for Russell 'the ego has landed' Martin.
