AVB leaving Zenit at the end of the Russian season.

Robbie Fowler a contender for the Posh job.

Has he got his coaching badges then? Thought he was more into property management and punditry?

Darren Kelly sacked by Oldham after a 1-5 home shellacking to managerless Peterborough.

Hardly surprising. Oldham were hoping to be in the promotion mix this season, but they have not started very well at all, only winning one league game so far.

Paul Cox resigned as manager of Torquay United on Friday after only three months on charge. Torquay lost 7 - 3 yesterday. Things not going well at Torquay.

Graham Westley is set to be appointed as the new manager of Peterborough United.

I hope so Frank. Two of the most deplorable characters in football deserving one another.

I am not always in favour of managers being sacked, but I do wonder whether Brendan Rogers is on borrowed time.

Richard Hill resigned as Eastleigh manager yesterday. Not going to make massive headlines I know, however quite disapointing for me as I'm good friends with his son. Been down and watched a couple of Eastleigh games and they had been moving in the right direction, promotion to Conference (or whatever it called now) now two years ago and then missed out in the play-offs last year for promotion to League 2.

Is he the Richard Hill that played for Northampton in the late 1980s?

Yeah, he was a striker, played for Oxford also. That's where I know him and his son from as I ran a pub just down from their house.

I remember him from when they were the best team in Division 4 (the season before we were), typical 1980s footballer look

Richard Hill started off playing at Hinckley Athletic, he also played for Tudor FC in the Hinckley and District Sunday League. As a teenager he had trials at Leocester and Coventry but did not quite make it. Years ago I knew him and spoke to him occasionally, and I am sure I officiated in some very games he played in.

Been meaning to go down and watch them, got offered free tickets at Uni last year but couldn't go. Why has he resigned?

Rumours are circulating that Brodgers has been sacked

Was just about to post this!

Strange that I read something about Klopp wanting to manage in England earlier this week... 2+2=?
