How they started against Chelsea I think, only reason Haller came back against us was because Antonio had a knock.

Arsenal have turned it around. First half was dire with two unbelievably nervy teams. I've can't remember seeing the ball given away this often in a Premier League game.

But Arsenal haven't suddenly become a bad team overnight and they're playing confidently now. Third goal for them has just gone in whilst typing.

You have to take account of who the opposition is.

Crap is relative. I'd say they have been on the decline for a number of years, but finished about us last year and are only 2 points below us this. They are crap versus the expectation of Arsenal

Compare that to where they were then it is a clear decline. The last decade of Wenger was the beginning of that, and since then things have got worse.

Unless they sort their shit out, you could argue we are ships passing in the night.

Plays for West Ham so gets the Fleet Street hype. We nicked him from Ireland so Southgate saw the need to pick him. I think he'll end up being a solid above average PL centre half in the Lewis Dunk mould, but below International class

I watched from about 60 minutes on and arsenal looked decent. You could see the confidence flood back into them once they scored. Pepe will be decent on his day but useless off it

He's a CDM rather than a centre half though. I don't see him making the transition as successfully as Coady has.
