The Live Match Discussion Thread: 2019/2020

The one just now - both comms failed to mention that she'd raised her flag and the ref had blown his whistle ruling it out. VAR wouldn't have been able to give the goal if they'd wanted to.

Maybe on the first one but I don't think so on the Arsenal goal. Lacazette was two yards out and it all happened inside a second, no way the whistle went before he knocked it in. But the point is they didn't mess around drawing lines forever when we can all see that the original call was right.

Seriously the amount of ex pros on twitter saying it wasn’t red because there was no intent or he went for the ball as an excuse. For starters learn the rules did the challenge endanger the opponent? Yes was he out of control? Yes can you prove intent? Not really
It’s the attitude of it was never a red in my day

If this gets chalked off they can fuck off

That's a fantastic ball in for the goal, can't defend those.

Think I’d prefer a Leicester win, but a draw will do too

Bloody hell if we’d have had to have downed a shot every time Martin Tyler mentioned Arsenal Winning at Molineux on Saturday we’d be absolutely smashed.

8 minutes stoppage time??????????

I know the red card checks took a while but blimey that is a LOT.

Don't forget the offside check. That took at least 3 mins as well. Plus the drinks break, plus subs.............

It really does add up doesn't it. But the clock doesnt stop for the drinks break I don't think. It should but I don't think that is the case.

It doesn't, no (I don't know why, particularly as it's never a uniform time from game to game)

This is the second Leicester game in a row where Ashley Cole keeps saying Justin James.

We probably only need 2 wins to come above Arsenal now, probably see them getting 7 more points.
