You'd play differently if you were 1-0 up or 1-0 down etc

Not really, other games have had goals given by the tech this season and its in place for ALL games this season. Therefore if the tech wasn't in place in the first half and now is, that surely renders the first half void as it has been played under conditions that no other Premier League has been this season?

This is the same Villa that cried foul play at Leeds last season in what was effectively a dead rubber, look not Villa’s fault it’s a failure of technology and people not using common sense.

I've turned it off as it's like a 1990's football game on the Mega Drive.

I guess there are two reasons why the system didn't work.
1) Disinfectant does something to the ball which affects the cameras
2) They, not sure who they is, Villa or the ref team forgot to turn it on.
