How the hell is that not a red card for Lo Celso, i was 100% sure when VAR checked it..disgrace

VAR needs throwing in the bin. Most blatant red card you will ever see

Oh - and Coote is doing a double VAR shift as he is doing City v Leicester at 5.30pm.

He is Riley's pet project. And Riley is the biggest problem of all here.

Great all this consistency that VAR has brought [emoji854]

I can’t believe Walton tried to say it wasn’t a red. Hoddle: it’s 50:50. Jesus

Where his foot goes isn’t where the ball was at any point. Whether he meant to “do him” or not (he didn’t mean it), is irrelevant, that’s not the rule.

How can we consistently fuck this up. Why rather than Oliver just stand there doing fuck all can he not go and have a look himself. I understand the “we don’t want to waste time the ref going over”, in some instances, but when he’s literally twiddling his thumbs then it makes no sense.

Riley thinks it is ACE. And his opinion seems to be the only one that counts for some unGodly reason.

I would love it if IFAB took away the PGMOL licence to run VAR. That would be the best result out there. Seriously, the powers that be in the game need to fire Riley at the end of the season and take the running of VAR away from PGMOL. Appoint neutral VAR monitors.

And now they admit it should have been a red. Basically admitting incompetence.

Oh look, now they say they got it wrong. Well, Coote got it wrong.

I don't see why they can't just send him off even though it's now late after the event.

Goal back for Spurs.

This'll go down well if they somehow nick a draw.

Agree with Paddy (shock horror), needs taking out of the hands of Mike Riley and the incompetent, useless and corrupt PGMOL.

and can’t be given retrospectively after match so will be playing against us next Sunday.

I think the fact that they have admitted they made a mistake will see a three match ban incoming.

Not an error with VAR, but a human error apparently. Still can't see how you can separate one from the other if the latter continues to be incompetent.
