Penalty should have been awarded to England but the ref only saw one angle of it ...which was strange.
Had she seen the closer views she may have given it.
And clearly,the elbow didn't even go to var or she would have walked.
Spitting must not have been reviewed and that tackle at the end could have been a red too.

The thing is, isn't it the VAR referee who tells the Referee that there needs to be further action? So not the referee's fault but the VAR operator

Saiss just made a great goal-saving header to stop Kodjia scoring.

Second win for Saiss and Morocco who beat Ivory Coast 1-0 to go top of Group D. Saiss made a really good header off the line to stop Kodjia scoring inside two minutes. Kodjia got the better of him a couple of times towards the end of the first half but had a solid game overall.

First AFCON game I have watched this year, decently entertaining. I hadn't paid that much attention to it and did not realise it had started until yesterday, the BBC are barely covering it because of the Women's World Cup.
