I can see us taking McAtee on loan. Similar(ish) profile to Scott if that is what we still want.

So, you believe that less than 2 weeks ago, we told Lopetegui we can't sign enough, even if they are free.

The only thing that's changed since then, is that he's fucked off and we are now likely going to sign players that actually cost money.

If no-one else wants Scott come the last week of the window, there may be a small possibility that Bristol accept a loan with obligation for next summer. They might want to cash in rather than risk his value dropping (year less on his contract).
