The " Honey I'm home and I'm bloody starving , what's for dinner " Thread.

Toad in the hole coming up shortly. Can't wait.

Nice, what's her name?

Coq au vin with mashed potatoes tonight - and the slow cooker is having the night off!

Mars ice creams. I'd forgotten how excellent they are.

Easily the best meal I've ever cooked - bloody lush!!

Home made chips, British sausage, Heinz baked beans, fried egg and a couple rounds of bread and butter! :)

Spring onion, garlic and prawn risotto á la Slimming world tonight (Not advertised as such but it is a Brian Turner recipe). It was fantastic. Paddington virtually removed the glaze from the dish. Never had this much fun on a so called diet before.

Lamb chops, new potatoes, green beans, peas, carrots, gravy, mint sauce, mustard :)

Char grilled fish, rice, veg.
Trying to decide on a fish topping/dusting.

Butter, spring onions, lime juice and chilli flakes works like a treat with any sort of fish.

Not a big chilli fan here Nando. However lime juice sounds interesting!
I've a few bits of veg ^ spring onions at home. Think I'll muster something up...

Salmon & asparagus grilled in cedar wraps on the barbie.

You get a cake, cut it in half, it's now half fat; and because it's half the fat you can eat twice as much.

Fish, homemade chips, mushy peas n' pickled onions. No snogging tonight :)

Chicken. There will natch be veg too, carrots, broccoli etc. Weirdly I do love the crunch of a good water chestnut.
