I subscribe to Al’s Kitchen You Tube channel. He makes superb curry’s.
When you have stocked up your spice cupboard, they literally take just over 30 minutes to make. As good as a takeaway and a lot cheaper!
I made the 30 minute madras yesterday. Just superb!
They are not written down. He lists the ingredients in the comments on the you tube channel and then you have to watch the video and take notes! It only takes a few minutes. He's excellent - are any of his recipes written down on a website or anything?
I love Parathas. Miles better than poppadoms or naans. Chapatis are ok at a push.I'd get on board with these when making curries at home:
Absolute game changer. Not far off the quality of a takeaway naan. 5 minutes in a non-stick pan and you're good to go.

Ive got everything written down for the Madras though Langers if you want a copy……
Just had a look and they look great! Might give them a go if I can pluck up the courage to make that gravy though.I subscribe to Al’s Kitchen You Tube channel. He makes superb curry’s.

Once you’ve had a go at a couple it becomes very much second nature. I am no great chef but Mrs HW is astonished at the quality of these meals.Just had a look and they look great! Might give them a go if I can pluck up the courage to make that gravy though.
Don't you need a decent wok though? All I have is a large flat frying pan.Once you’ve had a go at a couple it becomes very much second nature. I am no great chef but Mrs HW is astonished at the quality of these meals.
Slow cooker surely? For a curry? Not really. I have used wok, frying pan and saucepan with similar results.
