Indeed. Actually it has to be for gamers. Minimise the festive disruption whilst indulging in their eagerly anticipated yuletide gifts.

I always add a splash of soya sauce and a bigger splash of sweet chilly, with fresh garlic in my soups along with the required stock cubes and spices. But in veg soups i never fry off the veggies first, just peel an bung in the pot. I always add potatoes later as they get a tad soggy if they are over boiled. A handful of diced spring onions in the last five minutes (Not blended) leaving them a little crisp in your mouth is also a brilliant idea.

Chicken and sweetcorn with soy and sweet chilli sauce is just magnificent, and some tagliatelli lobbed in in the last ten minutes is even better. but be careful pasta drinks all the water in your soup if you let it, so worth cooking them separately.

Caviar on Blinis and other bloody shite whilst trying to have serious conversations whilst holding me bag, a catalogue,a plate and a long stemmed glass whilst trying not to fall off me fucking shoes.

Some combination of chicken and flatbreads, probably likely to involve cheese.

Had a huge , thick slice of beef Liver last night, pan fried (pink in the middle) with sliced onions and green peppers, with a splashette of pre made gravy added at the end. With roast potatoes and peas it was just stunning, and i ate myself to a standstill.

That's one of my fav meals Pav, but have to put bacon in mine and it has to be eaten with mash :)

Jackpot tonight. Rump steak with a little red wine sauce, rosemary roasted potatoes and parmesan and nutmeg creamed cabbage. Superb.

The Wolves result is irrelevant after the Lancashire Hotpot I just served up. Fucking glorious.

And loads left for tomorrow.

I think it's the best thing I've ever cooked.

Sounds like it was a hit Langers.

Hope mine is too, i'm doing a Hotpot for tomorrow :)

Tonight it's mushroom ravioli with white wine, spinach, and tarragon cream sauce.
