The " Honey I'm home and I'm bloody starving , what's for dinner " Thread.

Went simple tonight with burger (+ fried onion & chips) though it was a proper butchers handmade burger from the shop which has just opened up on the high street here (a quality firm as I have been using there other shop to supply the school for all its meat for the last 4 years)

Nice bit of topside for tomorrows full roast beef dinner - cut to size seeing as how I live on my own at the moment, which supermarkets really don't do.

Lamb kofta curry tomorrow - just made the kofta mix - it smells lush combining all those spices. Got to wait for 24 hours to taste it though!

Thanks Langers....The family will be around about 7 pm.

Instead of moping, I mopped them all up, ensuring that they infused into the veggies.

Rest of yesterdays beef joint, plus chips, salad, pickle etc.

Benefit of having proper butchers choice rather than supermarket options - melt in the mouth meat!

Chicken & mushroom pie & homemade chips.

Piece of leftover Tiramisu.

Baked eggs with cheese, double cream (not salad cream) and spinach.

Chilli con carne with pasta (didn't have any tomato sauce left).

I've got pork meatballs at home, not sure what dish to make with them tbh.

I've got cream, tomatoes, peppers, pasta, potatoes, garlic, onions, herbs etc in the fridge, just unsure what way to make them, and with what.

Any ideas?
