Well that's unlocked a nice memory

When I was a kid I woke up one night and came downstairs half asleep. My Dad had that on and some bloke was jumping up and down shaking his ginger knackers

I mean it could be a dream but pretty sure it happened :ROFLMAO:

She was absolutely, undeniably brilliant and somehow it still doesn't seem real that she isn't with us any more.
 
I for one am saddened by the demise of QoS, the current crop aren't as good as previous incarnations but not that bad, hopefully it will appear as 'specials'

Binged the first 3 episodes last night. Very good. Can't wait until 22nd for episode 4.

IMO it was getting a bit shit before Sue Barker left.

Give it a break, see what went wrong and what worked in the past, then come back in a year or two with a Christmas special and see how it goes...

Not sure there was anything wrong with it, thought it was fine with Barker, Dawson and Tuffers. You're probably right about it needing a rest though, Christmas and other specials are probably the way forward for it.
 
It should be right up my alley but I haven't watched it regularly for about 20 years, the McCoist/Parrott days. Watched it a lot in the 80s and 90s but there was less to do then.

I'd rather they bring back Sports Mastermind.

I don't remember that at all (not unusual for me lately).
 
Well past it’s sell by date. I liked it in the eighties with Beaumont Gareth Edwards and then Emlyn Hughes.

I watched the first 2. Both very good. Very close to the book. I did like the little reference to the first film with the mention of James Barr, the wrongly accused sniper in that film. And that the bad guy was played by the termintaor from Terminator 2 and Neagley checked into the hotel under the pseudonym Sarah Connor 😂.
 
The pilot was hosted by none other than that sesquipedalian nonce, Stuart Hall.
