It’s a bit tin foil hat but quite watchable
Just a shame they've not all dropped at the same time. One a week until the end of May.Ted Lasso S3 E1. As you were.
Yep can't be doing 1 a week. Will wait until its done then watchJust a shame they've not all dropped at the same time. One a week until the end of May.
Absolutely loved Spartacus, very sexy women tooWife has started a trial of Starz on Amazon Prime - I saw that Spartacus was on there so I just had to restart it.
It's the absolute best bad TV show ever made, somehow gripping despite hilariously OTT violence, dreadful acting and some of the most wonderful swearing this side of Paddy in the North Bank.
My favourite example:
"Once more the gods part cheek and ram cock in fucking arse"
Shakespeare-esque.
Watched the MH370 Doc on Netflix.
Looks at 3 possible outcomes of how the plane just vanished.
Some relatives of the passengers involved.
Doesn't give any real answers but interesting watching what some people believe.
Even the outcome we have been told happened has holes in it.
I was the opposite. The first half bored me to tears and I stopped watching it for a few weeks, but my mate kept raving about it so I stuck with it for the second half, which was ok.Finally got round to catching up on Andor, half way in and it's the best thing the SW franchise has offered behind Episodes IV and V and Rogue One.
The Mandalorian is decent, although some parts are just proper cringey. I’m not enjoying series 3 as much as the first two. BoBF got better when The Mandalorian came into it really, it’s the only reason I watched it to get the tie in for season 3.I'm gonna have to look into that.
Did the mandalorian not do it for you @Boozad ? I enjoyed series 1& 2, but struggled to take to the boba fett series.
Have you watched it, any good? Loved that programme when it was first on.New series of race across the world is just Canada. It’s hardly doing what it says on the tin is it.
Yep, it’s pretty good - just not as ‘different’ as previous series.Have you watched it, any good? Loved that programme when it was first on.
I assume it was filmed last year and I know from experience travel then was a little hard - a series of everyone unable to see as their glasses get fogged up from wearing masks wouldn’t be that much fun.Shit. I loved the first two series of Race Across the World. Will hopefully find a way to access it here.
Thought they might do Algiers to Capetown this series so just Canada seems a little one dimensional
I thought they had it (and a celeb special) lined to go after series two and Covid killed it. I have decided to revise Algiers to Cape Town. It should be Tromsö to Capetown. Check points at Riga. Rome. Madrid. Rabat. Lagos. Mombasa. Windhoek and then Capetown. That would be fucking hardcore.I assume it was filmed last year and I know from experience travel then was a little hard - a series of everyone unable to see as their glasses get fogged up from wearing masks wouldn’t be that much fun.
They’d spend most of the time negotiating Lagos traffic. I’d swap in Accra instead.I thought they had it (and a celeb special) lined to go after series two and Covid killed it.
