All charges against Ryan Giggs 'withdrawn'

Well that FGR news is incredibly disappointing. I actually thought she was going to be given a chance, rather than it being a pathetic little PR stunt that's made everybody involved look like a cunt
I mean, well, I might have mentioned she was just an interim, surprised anyone thought otherwise to be honest.

I read somewhere FGR owner puts money into Just Stop Oil, not sure if true?

He does.

Created a bit of political fun from it as he also donates to the Labour Party. Tories demand Labour return the money because of funding of Stop Oil.

Thats for another thread though...

You did, I'd kind of hoped it was just a way to take the pressure off and she was going to be given a few games. Yeah he does donate to JSO, he talks quite openly about it

He was on Question Time last week talking about it. The Tory MP who was on there managed to somehow 'accidentally' twist the financial mapping to say that Labour fund Just Stop Oil

Weird comment?

I certainly didn't know about Labour. Read about JSO on twitter when all this about the Manager came up, didn't check if true.
In which case I'll apologise. As you post regularly in the current affairs section and the information has been a political football for a few weeks, I thought that you would have known.
I'll refrain from making such assumptions in the future.

Villa announce new matchday pricing.

Cheapest Category B ticket is £40.50. Most expensive Cat A ticket is £80.

£63 for middle of the Holte End for Cat A games.

“We’re not the richest league in the world, honest!”

I despise categories too.

Having had a season ticket i dont know if we do them but as a broader point, I'm going to watch Wolves you utter wankers.

Why would I want to pay more to see Man City beat us 11-2 on aggregate in the last three games?

Money grabbing bastards the lot of them.

We do have them.

Kind of get that watching Bournemouth on a Tuesday night is less attractive than Man Utd at 3pm on a Saturday to your more casual fan, but that should mean that the first one gets cheaper by the laws of supply and demand. Not that that's the baseline minimum price and all the others cost more.

You're more likely to get United buying home end tickets too.

Looking at Villa's tickets, if you take out the Graham Hughes stand, we weren't far off those prices last season(maybe 10% lower??) I don't think we've announced our match day prices yet this season, but we won't be far off the Villa pricing will we?

Don't think we're anywhere near £68 for behind the goals!

Is this the same Invisible Hand that helped Maradona score?
