Was a good pre-season

Wrexham (A) L 0-1 (we went to this, some twat in the pub once we got back to Wolves asked what the score was, we told him and he went off on one about how we were doomed. Bellend)
Hereford (A) W 3-1
Dundee (A) W 1-0
Motherwell (A) D 1-1
Kilmarnock (A) W 3-0
Walsall (A) W 1-0
Blackburn (H) W 4-2

Ince lasted to early December I think, they were awful. No tactics. We could have scored 7 or 8 easily.

Fair play, better than I remember then. The Blackburn game stood out because of how poor they were.
 
Saw three notable things in the Wrexham game.

1) Ikeme being beaten easily from about 35 yards. A sign of things to come
2) Trialist Valentino Sheilis, someone I can confidently say is and will remain until I die the worst player I have ever seen in a Wolves shirt. Like genuinely worse than me now, let alone when I was 27 then
3) Future jailbird Liam Hughes playing up top for us in the second half

And also heard Paddy mix up Stephen Elliott and Elliott Bennett, which I suppose anyone can do

I can confirm that Valentino Shielis was truly fucking abysmal though!
 
Was defo Wrexham, I've never been to Loftus Road with you (my last visit there was under Hoddle and I'm not ready to talk about it yet)
 
They just will not admit they were cunts and in the wrong. If I were FIFA I would reimpose their embargo until they publicly retract that statement

Probably took a huge market position bet on Doherty going back to Wolves. Nobody would believe it was coincidental without some insider knowledge.
 
Turns out, Messi is quite a bit better than your average MLSer.

Currently on pace for 1 GC every 24 minutes (3 goals, 2 assists in just over 120 minutes played).
