Yes.

Its not a league to replace the Domestic leagues just an alternative to the Champs League.

Free to watch is interesting, i do get a bit misty eyed when thinking about how champions league used to be on ITV for free

The mobility element is laughable too. Unless you're absolutely atrocious then you can get locked into one of the top leagues for years on end.

As Kenny says though they could promise that the winners get to play on stage with The Rolling Stones, it won't happen.

ITV's CL offerings weren't that flash, it was one game a week.

MLS have instituted a law which states any player who stays on the ground for more than 15 seconds after being fouled must wait two minutes minimum before being allowed to return.

As the law states after being fouled the league are actively punishing the team transgressed against.

What if the referee doesn’t give a foul? Does the 15 seconds/ 2 minutes rule not count?

You will have physios trying to get players with serious injury to their feet before they have chance to assess them.

Apart from that, great rule

Sort of thing that will be enforced for 3 or 4 weeks then fade into the wilderness, like bookings for time wasting or imaginary card waving in the PL.

Not sure it’s about fouls so much as I was led to believe.
