13 voted for the ban. Need 14 for the ban to happen
We probably voted no. Just in case we need a favour off Jorge (he fucking owes us more than one after Lage and Guedes) and we don't want anyone pulling too hard at that particular thread, plus Fosun have been looking to invest in other clubs relatively recently.

Who have second clubs in their ownership group? Manchester City, Villa, Newcastle, Palace - any others?

Like turkeys voting for Christmas. The Premier League need to update the rules with regarding loans between clubs within groups being on a season to season basis and accounting fees being required.

City, Wolves, Newcastle, Brentford and Palace and Forest are 6 of the 7 you'd have thought

The Forest odd ball also owns Olympiacos

Chelsea have clubs in Europe as well don't they.
Would United vote against it with Ineos essentially joining and they have Nice in their portfolio

Not officially as it's Guo's wife who owns them (and they're looking to get rid apparently).

Plus there's no chance we'd ever loan anyone off them.

I think City's charges are related to cooking the books with regards to outside investment aren't they? Chelsea don't currently have a charge, but have self reported breaches under Abramovich I think. Given they have different ownership and the Government effectively forced him to sell, I can't see them getting done too severely for that. Their current spend is fine given the contracts they have given out, their issue there is if they are duds
Given one of the backers behind Boehly is Clearlake who have close ties to the Saudi PIF it will be rather surprising if any duds don't end up playing in Saudi. It's a very useful safety net for their ridiculously long contracts.

Koulibaly (after a horror season and at 32 declining rapidly in value) already went there for £20m, no-one in Europe was paying that
