That makes me worried for his health, honestly.

Murphy was decent not long after he retired and was on TS with Colin Murray, now like everyone else on that station he has to have hot takes

I see Pep hates us and will never forgive us as we were one of the 9 Prem League teams who asked for their ban from the CL to stand when the CAS were looking at the appeal.

Ivan Toney racially abuse over social media today. Comes after a minority of Wolves fans yesterday booed the taking of the knee again. I mean why.

Highest profile footballer so far, Sparta press release said any questions about him, we’re happy to talk football, his private life is his private life, we won’t answer anything about that.

Alfie Mawson has had to retire at 29. Shame, looked a really good player at Swansea (I wanted us to sign him in at least one window, maybe more) but injuries wrecked him.

That’s sad. Agree he definitely looked like he was going to be a premier league regular and even maybe play for England

Did he start at Leeds or am I thinking of someone else? If it's who I think it is he looked a really good player for a while.

I think Swansea were in their white strip with gold trim that season so if you squinted too hard they did look like Leeds.

I used to like him at Swansea but that move to Fulham was terrible for his career. Afterwards I've always thought he looked like a Championship version of Harry Maguire. It's a shame injuries took their toll.

The abuse of referees in grassroots football is finally getting the publicity required to try and change attitudes towards them. Unfortunately the bbc have Chris Sutton on the case, a man who ran onto the pitch to hurl abuse at a young referee officiating in a junior football game.
