From my own bouts with being suicidal, I can say that there were for me times that it was so bad that it wasn't enough to off myself, there needed to be a spectacle about it as well.

In hindsight it was absolutely an evil way of thinking but in the moment you're either too distressed or too angry to think about that much.

Yeah, i've got no excuses for that one, the 'n' on my laptop is a bit stubborn so i've maybe got a bit of an out there, but then again i might have typed the whole thing on my phone so it's all just shit. I always found him incredibly dull, remember him telling us about some friends of theirs once who did 1 huge bulk grocery shop every year and had a shed full of freezers to keep it all. He seemed to really enjoy that story for some reason.

Used to see the teachers playing indoor football after school some Fridays, Mr Day was surprisingly brilliant! And if they were ever short a player they'd stick a bin in goal and call it Tony after the other Waldron, cruel nuggets.

That is completely the wrong way to restrain someone. You shouldn't put your forearm across someones throat, that's exactly what happened to Eric Garner.
