Q2 and the final corner is interesting. Drivers risking going on the Kerb and wobbling over the Finish Line. Serious risk of crashing out but not using the kerb knocks a big chunk off the lap time

Phew for Lewis....not a time to mess up a lap and gets in Q3.

Kimi out

Kimi really was worth that new deal.

Looks like a Final lap shoot out between the Mercs and Red Bull for the Pole

Puddle on the final corner still causing Vettel problems

Max V hasn't crossed the line in time...

Alonso spins on his flying lap

Rosberg gets pole. Hamilton's lap ruined by Alonso spinning!!

Christ, Nico has some luck at times.

Lewis was lucky to get into Q3 to be fair as he made a right hash of his lap.

Too busy on his steering wheel at the first corner. Rest of that lap was in the Purple times, one corner fucked that lap up. Without the perfect final 2 sectors he was out

Only way Nico can ever does it is if Lewis has bad luck. Merc should have got themselves a competitive driver for next season.

He's still made the mistake in the first place.

Nico undoubtedly got fortunate at the end, but Lewis could have been starting 11th so shouldn't be overly pissed off with it.

Actually looks to me as the yellows were already waving when Nico went through. Normally the person coming second would contest, but if they are on the same team?

I know wasn't disagreeing with you really. I think he will be happy with 2nd. As long as gets a good start and is racing Nico he knows he has the mental edge on him.

He lifted. Replay shows that. Nothing to contest really

Yep, I'd still expect him to triumph.

Days like today are an absolute lottery and they've done well to lock it out in the end.

Still would have loved to see the race as the grid stood after the 1st red flag. Force India on Pole and the Mercs starting from the back.

Rosberg being investigated by the Stewards for his final lap in qualifying.

Will be very surprised if they take any action.

No further action.

Have to ask why after over 3 hours after the incident they decide to call him in. Sky had the yellow flags incident cleared up within 2 mins after it happened.
