The Darts Thread

We have no politics. Except Paddy, the Tory cunt.

Have a look into it Dan..... Tell them we have a 3 year plan..

Well the Bull has a nice board, I've been there today. We could form a team from there. Walking distance for ower Pad.

A fucking team!! We would be royally fucked over each week.

Dave from the Tap - "you require 36 and for reference your opponent from team Spazz requires 376 and a fucking miracle"

Poor attitude, you're dropped.

We'll get somebody to replace you then...

Good stuff. Saves me having to deal with stuff I suppose.

The ECT cone. Always ready to step in

I managed to win a leg last night, but the guy was just a bit too consistant for me and beat me 3-1. Reasonably pleased with my 1st 2 legs but went off the boil after going 2-1 down.

Hit a couple of 140's and several tons but scoring let me down at the key moments.

I like darts and am a big big fan. I play for my local pub with my bro and team obviously. I'm not the best but when I hit form I am really good. this season I have won 9 lost 11 which isn't bad but I should have won about 6 of the 1's I lost.

James Wade is my hero when it comes to darts, I respect Phil Taylor for what he's done to the game of darts but it is boring watching him win everything

I am B league standard at best really. On a good night I can play really well, but lack of practice means those are getting fewer and further between I reckon.

Darting heroes - Bob Anderson and Cliff Lazarenko. Played them both (big Cliff in an exhibition, and Bob in my one and only Swindon superleague cap). Neither match lasted very long!!!

Clinical finishing last night sir - I had to play bloody well to pick up three legs! Didn't really do anything wrong in the ones I lost, I wasn't even getting a dart at a double because you kept taking everything out.

I liked finishing 48 two legs in a row. 16 double 16 was nice, but to nail the double 12 after hitting 16 and then a shit shot in single 8 was rather satisfying.

My scoring was fairly weak at times last night, but the doubles were my friend.

Walked into the glasshouse with pete who is on my team, expecting to lose the doubles tournament and we bloody won it. 2-0 against Five ways and then 2-1 against St mary's and then 2-0 against the royal oak. They were stunned and we deserved to win the event.

Enjoying the Matchplay from Blackpool.
