The Darts Thread

So he's finally released that his average talents can make him more money in the PDC then the BDO.
 
He'll be boo'd off the stage every game if this evening is anything to go by.
 
He'll get whipped anyway by most of the top 32 on a regular basis.
 
Anybody fancy the Ally Pally for a couple of dates this Christmas ???
 
...I am shit at. A bit of very bad pool, and that is it. Darts has always been my game, although I was a member of a snooker club in leicester as a student. I used to play most days and never improved at snooker.
 
Tough game. I'm decent enough to play West Mids league 2. Problem is my top smash is 62. Players hit higher

Just seen Hankey having a moan about the air con coming on during his match, they confirmed on the BEEB that Hankey's 12g darts were affected by the air conditioning as they are lighter than your average darts ( I throw with 25g darts) so he may have an excuse.

Surely the game should have been stopped if the above was the case.

On the other hand, come on the Silverback as he is due to win one.
 
Hankey's choice to use those darts mind, a stray fart would affect them. He's just having one of his tiffs. And he'll do it week after week in the PDC and as a result lose week after week.

Remember, it costs about £15k to fund yourself through a PDC season. So if you're shit, you can quite easily lose money, Kirk Shepherd was (and probably still is) for a good while.
 
how can you have tactics in darts, all you do is chuck 3 arrows at the board aiming for a certin number, not rocket science is it
 
Ive not started anything Langy, I play darts for a pub team, and we do not discuss tactic, we just try to check out as quick as poss, thats all there is to it
 
This tactic is about giving you the most chances at a double when getting down to seventy. It is completely logical.
