The Darts Thread

Ugh Riley's away tonight, shite beer over inflated prices.
 
We shall see, I spoiled myself by having a bottle of Duvel with my tea so any British beer will fail to hit the mark.
 
Had a pint of bud, should have gone with the Carling by the looks of it.
 
Well it's all kicked off, you go for a piss and when you come back your whole team's threatening to walk out. Its a pub game for f sakes.
 
Sorry to hear that mate. Riley's cannock are fooking cheats as well. We beat them 9-0 and they refused to sign the card. Wankers
 
Finished the match 3-3 2nd leg next week could be tasty.
 
It seems we have a few darters on TWF. How about we have a Saturday (Non Wolves day of course) down Rileys and have a little tourny.. What do peeps say ?

One night at Riley's a year is generally enough, i think.

Though too be fair the booze is no where near as bad price and taste wise as the Cannock site. Could have done without the amateur dramatics from both sides though.
 
Rivalry was resumed this evening but somewhat lessened by the main culprit from last week not turning up.

We won 5-1 but Rileys probably have the better of the deal as they will play in the sub cup while we will have to face the big boys in the main cup. Much better atmosphere and i managed to beat an Albion fan as well.

Only real bummer was no Sky Sports and then the result but an improved performance by all accounts.
 
I hate rileys beer, Stafford was alright and had a good darts set up before it closed but cannock's beer is shite with a dodgy set up.

Has anyone else got the Phil Taylor Phase 5 darts? I love to use them but the flights you get with them don't last very long.
 
My first match darts were Unicorn Bob Andersons which I used for nearly ten years before they got nicked. I know have unicorn phil taylors as the barrels although I have changed the stems twice (the second time was a fortnight ago when I went back to metal stems and slightly longer than before as an experiment)
 
Got my tickets for Blackpool. Although it was a pain in the arse. Roll on July.

I've got some old Taylor set ups and quite frankly wouldnt swap them for any new fangled sh1t now. The darts Ive got are perfect and throw like a dream.

Are you a PDC.tv subscriber then? I looked this afternoon and they don't go on general sale until Monday morning.

Well I had some Adrian Lewis 95% tungsten darts but I got given some Phase 5's and I like them alot. After I changed the flights to kite flights they started throw a lot better and I prefer them.
