The principle is fine but those games shouldn't count for points at all, it's pot luck who you face on any given week, some of those players are better than others. Just play them as exbos to fill the gap for the fans.
 
I did think it was a bit unfair to have them count as points.

Exactly, MVG faces John Henderson and Cross gets de Zwaan.

Either have them as an exhibition game each week with no points available, or replace Anderson with somebody for the whole 9 weeks

They're struggling for quality in the PL as it is, Barney is in due to his fanbase but he's done and has no business being there. Squarehead Price is going to be a proper one hit wonder, he's gone out first round at all the TV events since he won the Grand Slam.

I know Darts needs it’s hero’s and villians (Bristow was a cock in his day) but there’s a fine line of “being the baddie” and just being a cock to wind the crowd up. Bristow did it with class and backed his words up with darts. Gerwyn Price is going out there purely to wind the fans up and with how pissed up some people get this is going to end up badly for someone.
 
I happened to see that match tonight, and am still at a loss as to what Price did to wind Gurney up so much.

My lil brother has gad a shock because a mutual friend of Van Gerwens has set up a meeting between the two of them. In person Michael is such a humble and nice guy and has made my lil bros week
