The Darts Thread

Two further completely uncompetitive 4-0's so far this evening. One-sided rubbish, including the so called number one seed getting routed. Bloke in the second game averaging in the low 70's, complete dog dirt.
 
13 year old lad playing now in a youth game. He looks seriously good!
 
Won 3-0.

He'd probably win the senior tournament right now.

I saw the end of his game. Crazy quick throwing action.
 
This is pitiful stuff in the women's game. Prins is 1/30 on doubles and they've had a D1 D1 game that went on for ages.
 
Yep laughable stuff.

Suzuki averaging 51 and is a set and a leg up!
 
The kids averaged over 80 today in the youth final. Rob Cross is also at the lakeside today as a punter
 
Thoroughly enjoying what I assume is a re-run of Unterbuchner v Mandigers from this afternoon on Eurosport. Really really good game.
 
Never mentioned this before but I went to school with Jim Williams and am mates with him. Really weirdly, he never showed any interest in darts at the time and only got in to it properly in his 20’s. His dad has always been in to it big time.

Anyway, looking forward to his match tonight. He seems to have found some good form going in to the tournament.

It was. Best match so far.

And I'm firmly in the Suzuki camp now. Hope she wins it. And changes that godawful walk on music.
 
It would have been a good final with Anastasia yeah.

Something by The Mooney Suzuki should be her walk-on music thinking about it.
 
Semi final line-up is pretty tasty.

I think Unterbuchner can beat Waites. Could be a cracker that one.
 
The BDO’s womens game is stuck in the past only playing best of 3 sets in the semis is insulting! Most of the women in the semi’s would have got through the first mens round
 
Prize pool is also quite pathetic as well for the bdo players
 
Suzuki slaughtering Winstanley in the final. Even started one leg with back to back 180's and has had a 148 finish.
 
All Suzuki had to do was sort her doubles out and she was always going to win.

2 sets up and a 93.5 average. Very, very decent. There can't have been many averages above 90 from the women in recent history.
