The Chasing Pack - GAME OVER AMIGOS

They looked tired to me. Especially at the back. We are far more clinical than Sheff Utd were tonight.

It will obviously be a tough game but I'm more than confident enough to be honest. Neves and Doherty getting a rest could work in our favour for that one too.

As long as it means we have enough tomorrow!

In all seriousness Cardiff were abysmal and mid table championship players playing on a mud bath carved them open at will.

As long as we can be solid against set pieces and throws (Ruddy needs to not have a flappy day) and a avoid injuries we should be fine. Costa and Cav up against Manga is a matchup we need to exploit. Full backs over lapping was causing Cardiff all sorts of problems too.

I thought Cardiff looked tired as well - and I thought Colin's joy at the point was the joy of staying ahead of Flum, not the thought of catching us. But - they absolutely never give up & their equaliser was just a typical Cardiff goal. Lump it in there, scrappy headers, chance, goal. If we hadn't thrown 2 points away agaisnt Norwich it would be all over now

I’ll worry about the title once promotion is sorted, draw tonight is no disaster in the grand scheme of things. Pressure is on Cardiff more on Friday they know if they lose Fulham could be within 2 points of them with a trip to Villa to come.

Hull are shit away from home. We should be winning, and winning well. Let's put this to bed as soon as we possibly can.

Cardiff and Porto both losing points on the same night? What a time to be alive!

Although I agree that Cardiff looked a bit tired I was impressed with Sheff Utd's display, Leon was very good as were a few of them. Cardiff were outplayed especially 1st half but are very resilient, not that phisical IMO. They are where they are on merit after 39 games the table doesn't lie. They will up the physical side against us I dare say and its up to us to deal with that.

Agree we have to deal with the physical side of the game in a disciplined manner but the referee has to play his part.
Does anyone know who the ref is for Friday, as it needs to be someone good and strong like Oliver was for last night's game?

Friday's ref hasn't been appointed yet, but Darren England is ref tonight.

We'll get Steve Martin again, just you watch!!

Would prefer watching the comedian/actor for 90 mins though. The ref version is appalling and matches Attwell in his levels of cuntitude

Martin
Attwell
Coote
Bankes

In that order of awfulness. Four terrible referees, all actually a fair way worse than Mike Jones which should be impossible.

How different things might have been had he not sent Van la Parra off against Bournemouth? We'd have most likely won that game (winning 1-0 at the time) Those 3 points would have seen us in the playoffs and with Sako, Dicko and Afobe we would have had an excellent shout at winning them. In the end I suppose you have to thank him, had we got promoted no Fosun or Nuno most likely.

If that team had of gone up we'd have pushed Derby for that record the following season.

If we repeat our worst points haul over 7 games so far this season we'll get 3 wins 2 draws and two losses thats 96pts
and never have to see Steve (its all about me) Martin again.

On an aside from each 10 game period since the start of the season we have scored 20, 27, 21 and 17 (with Hull to go) points
