interviewing for a job shortly via Teams. Perfectly confident that I've got the knowledge for the role just the Teams aspect never done an online interview and now it's only a few hours away bricking it a bit. Any pointers? Wish me luck.

I've done a few recently

Like Sam said have a notepad or something next to your Teams window so you can refer to any notes. Also, if you can, have the top of the screen and camera at eye level. Put your Teams window directly under the camera - makes it easier to keep eye contact and develop a flow. Plus the obvious ones of check your mic and camera beforehand etc. Ideally do not use a background filter as it can be distracting - but make sure its tidy behind you.

If you're not wearing anything below the waist make sure you're confident where the camera is pointing...

Sticky notes at the top of the screen help, means you don't lose eye contact/look down through the interview if you want notes/pointers. I usually use these for questions I want to ask at the end of an interview as it's where I usually forget things by the end of the interview.

I haven't done an interview but have done a presentation on Teams... the good thing about it is you can have Word open on the screen (or another screen) with prompts etc...

If you're using windows, you can 'split' the screen.

Lincs, try to be aware of what you're saying and how your saying it. Be enthusiastic and try to use emotive words, this shows your caring side, your passion and what you might be interested in.
Try not to waffle. Listen to the question being asked and be careful that your enthusiasm doesn't get you eating up your minutes talking shite. Be succinct but not too much. You don't want them thinking you're abrupt or uncaring.
Final thing, a job interview isn't the place to be shy. If you're good at something, don't be too modest, this is your big opportunity to shine.
Oh, and be prepared for double edged questions like....
"Tell me 2 things that you're proudest of, what have you done really well, and what was your role in it?"
(Then you get slapped with...) "OK, now tell me 2 things that have gone badly wrong, and what was your involvement in it/them?"

Think it went ok. Was nervy just because of the unknown but being able to refer to notes on the DL was definitely a leveller and something I hadnt even considered.

Hope you were successful mate, I convinced a young girl here to successfully apply for a better job within the company (she was too good to work with me) by stealing someone else's saying of "You believed in Father Christmas for a decade or so, you can believe in yourself for a day" and it worked

Imagine giving that as a gift. It's a good way of letting someone know what you think of them without actually saying it I suppose.

Hendriks is a decent drop - best to have with cucumber rather than lemon though.

Blooms is nice if the person you are buying for has a sweet tooth, thats best with Strawberries.

I find mixers make or break a decent gin.

Is Gordon's Gin still sold in green glass bottles in the UK? It was probably the most popular gin for years and years, and considered 'top shelf'. In the US it is more of a mid-price product and sold in plastic bottles. Diageo promote Tanqueray as their top shelf gin instead, and even put it in green glass bottles.

Gordon’s is still in green. Still a market leader. Tanqueray is a good gin. As I say, Bombay Sapphire is a personal favourite.

Bombay Sapphire is the best selling top shelf gin in my store. Tanqueray #2, Hendrick's #3. Most popular overall is Seagram's Gin - made in the US.

The venue I got married in holds the Guinness world record for largest collection of gins in the world.

And we still managed to drink them dry of quite a few. I drank a huge amount of pink gin that night, nice stuff, no idea what brand though

I also have a bottle of the original Bombay. Clear bottle. Very decent.

I think I'd have Tanqueray over both of the Bombay Sapphire's. Sainsbury's usually have one or the other on offer so usually go with which is the cheaper.
