Anyone else’s Tapatalk useless?

All threads open to a random post ages ago. Nothing comes up in the “unread” section. When you you then go in the “new posts” section things come up as unread which you’ve read. Constantly automatically subscribing me to posts so I get tons of notifications.

Been effectively broken since the forum software got updated, seems a bit like it only transfers data from the forum at set intervals so if you revisit Tapatalk at a shorter interval nothing has updated and you just get all the same stuff shown as unread then thrown back to old posts.

The unread tab works for me, but it still jumps back to old posts when you go into each thread.

If it's a thread with a lot of activity it autoloads to one from about an hour ago irrespective of which one you last read and you have to scroll down. A less busy one will go straight to the first unread post. As others have said its related to the forum reboot.

I thought the forum had gone very quiet for a few day. Must be having the same issue.

Yeah having the same issue.

It seems to be marking threads "read" without my opening them.

Since the website meltdown posts i have read shows unread and such..

Not that I am aware of. It might have received an update since the issues.

Is everyone else Tapatalk still rubbish or just mine? Select things come up in unread and just jumps to random points in the thread rather than where you have read to?

Mine is still jumping to where you last read up to every time. Give it a while and it resets.

Same for me, bloody annoying..

I deleted the app and reinstall. Touch wood it’s fixed it

Already tried that and still the same problem for me

Still doesn't work properly for me since the upgrade, better than it was but still has weird moments.

Sometimes it shows things unread when they aren't, other times it shows none of the sub forums having any unread topics but then you go into them and there are threads where the lastest post time is a lot more recent than my last visit so there's obviously something unread.

Then you've got times where you come back onto a computer and view it through a webpage and the read/unread status of some threads just doesn't correlate with what you'd read on Tapatalk.
