José Sa: He's wanted to leave for ages when we're a Premier League club let alone a Championship club. Go away please, sick of your nonsense.

Matt Doherty: Scandalous that we gave him a 3 year deal in 2023. Absolutely should not be staying. I wouldn't have him in League One these days.

Hugo Bueno: I don't like him. I call him a Shit Lee Naylor for a reason. Can go if someone gets seduced by a YouTube montage of 3 or 4 good crosses.

Santi Bueno: Slower than Gary Breen but at least he seems to give a shit. Stay I suppose as I doubt anyone will bid decent money for him.

David Moller Wolfe: If you can't get in our team then you obviously aren't very good. Go for any reasonable bid.

André: Regrettably cannot see any chance he stays. I want £30m+ for him though.

Joao Gomes: As above.

Adam Armstrong: Should be quite good for us in the Championship. Not a Premier League player but we knew that.

Hwang Hee-Chan: Please go. 4 goals in his last 41 games.

Tolu Arokodare: Would keep if possible. He's a bit odd, he's properly rubbish in the air, but there's something there to work with.

Yerson Mosquera: He says he wants to stay. Bit of a loon but he's alright.

Pedro Lima: Hard to say as we never pick him. Can see him going on some low key Portuguese loan.

Rodrigo Gomes: Very likeable and I doubt there'll be any PL takers, so stay.

Toti Gomes: Overpromoted at points through his Wolves career but again he does care and his physical attributes will see him ok a level down.

Dan Bentley: Alright as 3rd choice I suppose.

Jean-Ricner Bellegarde: Would get rid if we can. Will always infuriate.

Enso Gonzalez: Never gonna make it.

Sam Johnstone: Get out of here, sicknote. Rubbish and a dreadful attitude.

Mateus Mané: Unless it's a silly bid then he should be staying. Get him on a proper contract ASAP.

Ladislav Krejci: We're obliged to sign him, we'll sell him for about what we paid. Shame. Don't get relegated then.

Jackson Tchatchoua: Good God, please go. Rubbish.

Angel Gomes: I wouldn't bother based on what I've seen so far.

Sasa Kalajdzic: I'd bring him back but we won't.

Ki-Jana Hoever: Worse than Tchatchoua.

Marshall Munetsi: No need to unpack, mate. Stay where you are.

Fer Lopez: As above.

Tawanda Chirewa: Bye.

Boubacar Traoré: Probably worth a try if he can ever stay fit.

Tommy Doyle: Think we will have him back. Alright as a squad player at that level I suppose.

Nasser Djiga: Looks bloody awful in the SPL. No ta.

Nigel Lonwijk: Amazing he's still our player. He's 24 in October. Time to let go.

Alfie Pond: Currently playing in League Two which I think is his level.

Said before it's a tricky one as they'll all want out, but practically they all can't so it's a balancing act on who we keep and them not being twats about it.

The realistic ones I'd like to keep are S Bueno, R Gomes, Bellegarde, and Armstrong. Others are either unrealistic Krejci, Andre, Sa, J Gomes, Mane, actively want gone Johnstone, Hwang, Tchatchoua, Hoever or meh.

I have a feeling Johnstone will be our number 1 though, under contract so unless we send him on the Wolves loan to nowhere path he'll be here as nobody is buying him.

I'd rather have Che Adams than Tolu, which is more a comment on the latter than the former

I'm done with 90% of them, although obviously 90% won't/can't go.

Clean sweep for me so if I had my way I'd literally just keep Armstrong and Rodrigo.

Less realistic keepers would be Krejci and Mane.

At a push I imagine we'll be left with Toti and Tolu as well, and that wouldn't be the end of the world.

Literally everyone else will/can get to fuck, I'd include Edwards in that too and just have a clean break in the summer, but that won't happen.

On another note, let's also fucking finally learn to play with 4 at the back while we're in the Champ

Is that a new name, ‘Meh Lopez’? Good work.

Controversial opinion coming up.

I'd keep everyone.

Yes, I'd even keep Tchatchoua. Since the start of 2026 we have been a mid-table team i.e. good enough for the prem. That means more than good enough for promotion from the Championship.

But obviously not gonna happen - Sa, Andre, Joao are not staying.

A travesty that we’ve managed to hollow out a credible premier league team/ squad in the last 4 to 5 seasons to be left with such a poor and shallow group, bereft of confidence, fitness, shape and more importantly quality and leadership needed to compete.

There’s probably only Armstrong, Bouba, Krejci and Santi (maybe Mosquera) who I’d give a free pass as they at least have ‘something’ that we could work with in the Championship.

But the fish is rotten from the head down, and this mob up top needs to get there act together otherwise we’ll be having this conversation next year about dropping into league 1

So the main change has to be the Manager who needs replacing as soon as the season ends, which means doing their homework now.

Agree with most of DW’s opinions. I’d probably keep Hugo B, mainly because there’s going to be such a large churn as it is and he’d clearly be fine in the Championship so it’s just one less headache.

Don’t think I would miss any of them. Quite like Mane but he has no affinity for the club. They can all go.

I do agree, but it's not happening and with 8th now making the play offs won't at all this side of Xmas unless the start is catastrophic

I'd be surprised if he hasn't already been tapped up
Don’t see the market for him at the price likely required. The sample is too small.

Like always with our players, we’ve overrated him. He just stood out because we literally had no other forward and were dreadful. He might tear it up after this break the dial goes the other way, but at current trajectory we’re either selling him cheap or he’s staying.

I think someone will offer something in the 30s and we'll take it. No doubting the drop-off, but what he did to start with was pretty unusual for an 18 yr old. Teams closed him down because we've got fuck all else, that'd be different in a better side. I also think he'll want out, although that might be unfair to the kid

Results have improved more because we’ve had some good luck to balance out the bad luck earlier in the season. The first halves recently have been particularly rancid. Not my any of the leavers outside of André, Joao Gomes and possibly Mané and Krejci if he has a good World Cup will be wanted by PL teams which speaks volumes.

I think Deutsch is pretty fair in his analysis though I’d like to see Hugo Bueno stay to see if he can improve in a less challenging environment.

I see your reasoning but don’t agree with it. Hwang looked a world beater for a longer period for example and he’s dreadful. I’d be hesitant to pay £30m+ as a fan of another club but of that offer came then obviously we’d take it and be stupid not to.
