Yeah, fancy holding your ankle or shin when someone puts their studs through them... Jessies, the lot of em. Let’s sign some good old English players from League 2 who can give it and take it 🙄
Let’s just stay on our feet rather than rolling around like you’re dying. It’s not a hard ask

Offside or not, that volley was awful from Saiss!

I saw the line up and expected it to be bad. The performance has proven my expectations to be far too high...

It’s not “nuance” it’s “let’s slag our players off at every opportunity “

Do you just lurk on these threads without even watching the match, just waiting to drop that tedious line??

Don't put words in my mouth, I never mentioned anything to do with being English and I never mentioned anything about 'Jessies', it's a fair point to say these young kids need to get used to physicality without overreacting to it constantly

Poor first half.

Vitinha/MGW aren't as good as Neto/Traore. Nothing we don't already know there.

The issue still with 3-4-3 for me is the CMs don't get high enough up the pitch to have any attacking influence anything like regularly enough. 9 times out of 10 it's send it wide and hope something happens, where the opposition can easily double up to stop it.

I’d quite like to see what Jose could do with MGW and Vitinha next to him.

We've been OK. With Vitinha/MGW dropping in to connect to Moutinho/Neves it leaves Silva a bit too isolate and the only outball is Hoever who has got into a couple of dangerous positions. So while we haven't created chances we've got into positions where the pass/cross hasn't been executed well enough. Joao should have put Silva through but was a very poor pass.

First 15 we struggled to deal with how direct they were and they opened up us but since then we've managed to get a bit of control at the back.

Think it will be RAN for Jonny now.

Then we have four more subs? Wouldn't surprise me to see the forwards come on, as well as Coady for a midfield and push Donck forwards.

I appreciate we're resting a couple of attackers but we've really regressed offensively this season, I just don't see what we're realistically trying to achieve

Any forward player coming off for us could change the game. We're actually playing ok in the middle and the bavk but the ball is coming back too quickly.

I did and I stand by it. Silva is a big Jessie and the sooner someone tells him to cut it out the better. It’s worse than the serial Jessie that is Grealish
