He can enjoy the explanation in 9 months when he talks about finances after relegation.

It's a ridiculous situation of the board's own making. They deserve whatever befalls them after this whole mess. The fans on the other hand do not deserve this. The club has been treated as a rich corporation's plaything and screw the ordinary folk who have invested years of money and time into supporting the team. As owners they have become everything that is wrong with money in football. Its sad that the beautiful game is no longer beautiful.

Didn’t Jeff say at some point they weren’t hugely bothered by legacy fans, ie locals who actually attend matches, and they were more interested in other markets and fans, Mexico and South Korea being the two we were chasing

If you wanted to read it generously, you'd say he was trying to get across that Wolves have hit a financial ceiling for our "natural" catchment area.

But it definitely was taken by many as putting foreign fans ahead of legacy ones. Obviously I can't speak to how that's actually playing out on the ground over there.

He'll soon be bothered by them when he can't get into the ground. The last time Wolves fans were this angry at anyone was O'Hara/Johnson/Morgan etc, look at how they were treated.

Since Jimenez was sold There’s no queue anymore at the Mexican food stand, and sales of sombreros and woollen ponchos are down, due to all the Mexicans now following Fulham, so that’s a downside to his plan, too early to say about Austrians since we signed Sasa

Solbakken getting a surprise paint job for his car, too.

Wouldn’t be surprised if he fucks off as well. Is he even in the UK at the moment?

I don't think he's exactly wrong, tbf. Villa, Fulham, and Everton have the most fans over here (outside the big big clubs) by far. Shit, folks even call Fulham "Fulhamerica".

I personally do believe that the club need to be a global entity if continued competitiveness in the Prem is going to happen (that's more a statement about the direction of the Prem than anything). The balancing act between growing the supporter base and keeping the lifetime Wolves happy, though... Tough. Maybe impossible.

Is it that widespread though? Past here I mean really

If Lopetegui goes, we hire someone shit (or piss around and sign nobody quickly), don't spend anything the window and have a bad start to the season the place will be absolutely feral.

SELL THE CLUB TO NO-ONE, NOW

Have a fucking word with yourselves.
This is it, even if Fosun did feel selling was necessary any deal to get a club sold can take months, even years. The Saudi purchase of Newcastle was rumoured probably 18+ months before the deal actually went through.

Didn't Ashley tell them to piss off at one point and then then Government caused a delay whilst they tried to look like they gave a shit?

Fosun buying from Morgan took around 8 months but part of that was them waiting for us to still be a Championship team.

Fosun don’t want to sell, and won’t. At best they’d send a new representative for chief executive.

That doesn't mean it's not necessary. Things need to change.

However long it takes, Wolves will be much better off without Fosun.

They don't want to sell. They've had serious investors sniffing round for a while but they don't want to relinquish control.

Frankly, I don't trust any ownership group that can properly fund a Premier League club to be less offensive or stupid than Fosun have been.

Honestly how do you answer the fucking thread title with yes or no?
