Venky's are absolutely awful, apart from Coyle they've been pretty fortunate post-relegation to stumble onto decent managers that have kept them competitive in the Championship. O'Neil would be pretty stupid to take that job (although before we went for him I believe he was knocked back at Wednesday in favour of Munoz) and I could see them in a relegation fight or even going down to League One next season.

I wonder if he regrets not going for the Millwall job? Really can’t see him getting much better. Blackburn doing well but hard to see them going up and I suspect their current position is as high as they’ll be for some time.
