SACKED!!!

Good, he'd been giving the players a round of fucks for weeks in the press and now Vitor has shown him up for the fraud wanker he is so now the players can leave one on him too.

He's probably still at home now talking into his mirror "If only they'd listened!"

There's nothing worse than an arrogant idiot.

Not sure he's arrogant really. Don't get me wrong, I'd had enough of him by September and was glad to see him gone. Just think he was out of his depth and struggling to understand why he couldn't fix it. The last month or so of his tenure was horrendous, once you're regularly calling out your players you are done.
Having said all that, if we go down, I'll be first on the GON blame train.😁

I would say a man who realised he was in a situation that he had no idea what to do to reverse it so started to push the blame around and certainly in the last month or so he was either asking to be sacked or knew it was over and gave no shits.

As we discussed at the time, there's not another club in the country that would have got to that stage, so from that perspective we were seeing a manager react to a situation very few if any have been put in previously

Agree with this but not sure about the gave no shits bit. No-one wants to be a failure surely? I guess to be a football manager you have to have a lot of self confidence and a thick skin. Well see if he has another go or just decides its not for him.
Anyway fed up of talking about him now, on to the Vitor era and let's see what he's made of from tomorrow when the going will get a bit tougher, I'm nervously confident in him.

Gave no shits more in a knew it was over so not going to put more in to try and work it out.

The players were losing their shit as well which indicates a break down in his authority.

As a club we made it clear we were looking for a replacement and essentially told GO, the players, the fans etc he was a dead man walking. Removed all aspect of him being in charge. At that point for GO it's about securing the money he will be owed.

Fair enough. He's gone now so just want to concentrate on us staying up by hook or by crook so the damage done by him doesn't derail Wolves future.

West Ham are trying the same with Lop it seems
I'm surprised they haven't pulled the trigger by now, they're shit and everyone knows you have to play the 'West Ham' way to do well there. I guess the only thing keeping him in a job is their league position.

Allegri approached but doesn't want to join during a season.

Can only think Potter has a list of demands that would cost them a huuuuuge amount and with Lop's pay off it would limit their chances of over spending on an average defender or something.

West Ham and Spurs both have a supporter base that is rather entitled. They want success but not at the expense of playing the pragmatic football that is often needed to achieve it. Moyes was probably West Ham’s most successful manager since Ron Greenwood but that wasn’t enough. His leaving had a lot in common with Nuno leaving Wolves.

Spurs are playing entertaining football but a few more defeats and that will count for nothing as they still think they’re a top six side despite having a squad of players that screams mid table - Kane didn’t half do some heavy lifting!

Ange is starting to look and sound ragged atm, bit similar to O'Neil at the end, although he's choosing to blame officials and injuries rather than chuck players under the bus.

I think lop will be done if they go out the cup on Friday to Villa.
Fully expect his pal Balogue to tell the world that English fans just don’t understand what Lop was doing.

Thought that for the last few weeks. He must be a nightmare to interview. Comes across as a right arsehole.
