Sad to hear about the passing of HKR legend Phil Lowe - was the Landlord at my local pub growing up and seemed like a great bloke.

Indeed he was. He did play in the HKR team that was beaten 12-11 by (the then) 2nd division side Hunslet (my team) in 82/83 Challenge Cup at Elland Road.

Yeah, Cas haven't progressed too much from last season, staying up because one other team was worse than they were. Rinse and repeat for this season.
