The full backs are pushing right up when we have the ball and Saiss then drops back to make it almost a 3-4-3. Whatever he's trying it isn't working though.

I think he means more that fullback is a very demanding and specialist position, and we have makeshifts doing it so aren't likely to get as solid a performance from them as you would a specialist.

All our fullbacks are shit (at least assuming Iorfa would have been involved more offensively than defensively), but in a high possession game you would be losing a very useful outlet by playing wrong footed ones.
