How's it playing political football with people's lives? The eu agrees to allow brits to stay in the Eu, those Europeans get to stay here. I notice no-ones spouting off about the eu playing political football with British people's lives...

They aren't, it's May and the coward Corbyn who are. The onus is on the UK government, the EU said last week that it should happen. The UK government is putting my status at risk, no-one else.

I was so pleased to hear that the unelected money grabbing parasites in The House Of Privilege and Irrelevance, we're finally forced to back down. I've been asked to come up with a Brexit Plan. I haven't got one. Why would I have one ? I did what many people did. I listened to all the arguments on both sides. Watched all the TV debates. Delved into various online articles and then made a choice. Like most Elections, I voted for what I considered to be the lesser of two evils.

At least May can now invoke Article 50 before the end of March like she said she would.

Perhaps Nick Clegg and Tim Faron will move to Heath Town in protest ?

What did the eu say last week should happen? Could you provide a link please?

Couldn't find EotA link but did find this here where Sweden thinks the deal should be reciprical.

Even May thinks it should happen too in the FT

But her Government seems not to want this, all of a bit of a mess and as I stated last night a lost opportunity.

You voted for something to happen without a plan and believed what people told you from one side but not the other? That's just plain stupid IMO.

I mean why would you have a plan, that's not your job is it, why would you want to take responsibility for a mess you can't sort out. All you do is vote and let everybody else sort it out. You alright there Jack?

Off again about where people live. Why would they move to Heath Town in protest? Protest at what?

Goodbye sick-pay - hello work houses!

So the negotiator (Verhovstadt) has said it should happen, in the same way as May has said it should happen. The difference is committing to it happening, or guaranteeing it happening - thats what May was happy to do, but the EU wouldn't do. It has to be reciprocal. doing it unilaterally would be naive and potentially massively expensive.

If you take both sides at their word however, it should be sorted very early on in negotiations, as both sides have said they want it done early.

From The Sun, on the SNP:

SNP are committed to withdrawal from the union whatever the economic consequences.

SNP are banking on the referendum announcement inspiring a wave of nationalist fervour to distract from their total failure on schools and healthcare.

Without a hint of self awareness.

Doing the right thing isnt something you need others to do before you do it yourself.

So, intellectual one, what criteria did you use in determining which way to vote ?

Read your above post again, slowly, and you might just realise how ridiculous it sounds.

So, I voted to Leave and you think I should take responsibility for it if things don't work out ?

What planet do you live on ?

I've faced redundancy three times over the last 25 years. Who looked after me to help me get new jobs ? Me !
Who gave a shit if I didn't find a new job and had to sell the house ? No-one.
So, Yes, I am alright Jack, thanks. Or maybe I'm just a Victim ?

Typically, the Liberals in The House of Crap, were only interested in guaranteeing the rights of EU Nationals living here.
They never put their own people first (British people) and thank God they have been completely ignored.

You voted to leave you plank. Of course you should take responsibility, that's how it works, you make a decision and you accept the consequences. I was against your decision and much closer to your redundancy example in that leaving was against my decision.

In your world, you get to make decisions and I should just deal with it? I should just accept you have no clue what you voted for or how you are going to go forward but just get on with it. It's this type of attitude and sheer idiocy that pisses me off and makes you look a clown for voting out. I don't agree with Cyber but at least I know why he voted the way he did.

As I was happy with how things were, not withstanding they could always be better, I voted to stay. I couldn't see an overwhelming argument to leave and upset what I was currently happy with and nobody convinced me otherwise.

Not hard to understand is it?
