Normally about £2, but it depends on the time of day.
Especially the unexpected sea salt one.
Do they deliver the shopping in bags, boxes or what?
After a little bit of a rant on facebook about all the bloody 5p for a carrier bag shit going on. Someone said ' I don't know anyone who does their own shopping these days, they do it all online 'So How many of you/or your partners, wives etc do all of your shopping online, every week??
Fruit I get from a greengrocers locally. They do local free range eggs too. Walking distance. I'll get veg too if it ain't harvesting season
Food & general groceries are also widely available within walking distance. I tend to top up shop once a week, with a big shop every 2 months or so.
Books/cd's are bought online. Records too - though I am still a sucker for record shops.
Clothes I'd only buy in person.
Most other stuff is in person as well.

We use online food shopping whenever we get money off vouchers emailed through (they tend to email you offers if you go awhile without doing an online shop.) The rest of the time my wife does it in person. What annoys me about doing it online is they always seem to substitute items every time, and they tend to give you items with really shit use by dates.
We found that differs depending on who you use. Tesco were better at substituting items than Sainsburys were.
And anyway - I'm finding that I have to be quite careful with some things I buy in order to save money. You really don't need certain items that are branded. Obviously with stuff like meat etc it's better to get decent quality, but I do save a lot just by buying a different brand on some things.
I like Aldi & Lidl but my wife always says she can't do a complete shop in either and would have to go to one of the other supermarkets anyway to finish off the shop.
Same. We usually get the other bits at ASDA or failing that, Sainsbury's.
